How The Personal Shopper Service Works
Step 1: First, become a usadesignerdirect.com Personal Shopper member.
Step 2: Next, go shopping at any of the web sites listed on the left of this page. You will need to create an account at the retailer web site so you can save the items you want us to purchase on your behalf. Each retailer web site is a little different and you will find detailed instructions via the retailer links on the left side of this page.
Step 3: Return to usadesignerdirect.com and complete the Personal Shopper Order Form. That let's us know which retailer(s) you want to purchase from.
Step 4: We will email you an invoice requesting payment on our secure server with American Express, Visa, Mastercard or Paypal. After we receive payment we will place your order and email you confirmation.
Step 5: When your order arrives at our office we check it for accuracy and then email you another invoice for International Shipping costs. (We can't calculate this until after we weigh your order). At this time you can select from shipping options and prices. Then we ship to you anywhere in the world.
Fees
Our Personal Shopper fees are 24% of your order for orders under $500 and 20% for orders over $500. You can easily offset this fee by shopping the sales.
